Returns or Exchange Policy
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. You must specify the reason of return / exchange in an email to customer service at email@example.com - All returns must be authorised by a member of the Noxu Design Customer Service Team.
The item must be in its original packaging, this includes all accompanying screws and fittings that were included in the order.
The 20% restocking fee applies to all standard returns. If the item is not returned in original packaging nor fit for resale, the restocking fee may be higher at the discretion of the Returns Department.
The name on the order and the order number should be indicated on the return label. Please note that return label can only be issued to damage or wrong item delivered.
Returned items are inspected by our Quality Assurance Team. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Any customs charges are applied at the discretion of the carrier and local laws and all customs charges will be payable by the customer and will not be covered by Noxu Design. Failure to pay customs charge may result in the destruction of your order by customs, meaning you will receive a refund of up to 50% if it is destroyed. If your order is returned back to our warehouse, the return cost will be deducted from your refund as the return is a charged service.
Unless we foresee potential delays, we aim to dispatch all orders within 48 working hours of placing the customers’ orders. Once dispatched, delivery will take 1-5 working days depending on the delivery option chosen.
